Yoga brings Peace in your Life.....

I have started practicing yoga since last couple of months. I am a student of MBA along with that i am working with an outsourcing company. Because of this hectic schedule i hardly get time to exercise. When i was travelling to my college i met with a yoga trainer. We had chat for 10 minutes. She told me you are looking so restless and energyless then i have explained her about my busy schedule. She advised me to join Yoga classes. I went at her classes on sunday and i asked her is it really going to help me. she said Yoga will bring peace in your stressful life. From that day i have really experienced lot of improvements in my life.
Everyday i give 1 hour to Yoga. Before joining Yoga classes i was reluctant to do any new activity but now i am experiencing boost in my physical strength, stamina and flexibility. Yoga provides peace of mind and a more positive outlook towards life. Yoga boost the functioning of the immune system which is really important in day-to-day life. Yoga has brought my down stress and enhanced powers of relaxation in my life.
If we want a healthy and peaceful life we should atleast try to practice Yoga. It really helps a lot because it keep you fit and energetic. Our body and mind remain fresh and healthy. It increases our energy level.

Hike in Onion prices all over India.

As we know since last week, the onion prices has increased all over India. Due to shortage on account of damage to crops in Maharashtra, Gujarat and some southern states because of rains. Nasik supplies almost 38 - 40 % of onion to other states of India. Still the prices in Nasik are above 65 Rs. per k.g. Already due to inflation people have to pay more prices to every product and in this, the  hike in onion prices made buyer(people) to think twice before spending money. Whole India is facing the problem of skyrocketing prices of the commodity. Prices hiked almost Rs. 100 per k.g. In that, crude oil prices also increased that is Petrol by Rs. 3 and Diesel by Rs. 2.5 due to which transportation charges has increased.
Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit tries to give some relief , she has opened few vegetable stores in Delhi where the customers will get concession of 25-30 Rs. per k.g.
In this, Vegetable vendors are playing monopoly because they know that  customers have to buy it, say today or tommorow.
Now a days, vendors stores quintals of onions at godown and take out when the prices are on the peak like current situation. Another thing Goverment can bring sufficient quantity of onion in market by intervening in the supply chain process of whole-sale vegetable vendors.

Akshay Kumar has chance to prove himself - Tees Maar Khan

Farah Khan’s third film Tees Mar Khan is all set for its big Christmas release with big stars.Tees Mar Khan is a film starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar.  Its a big test for Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. He has given 4 back to back hit movies in the year 2007 viz. Namastey London, Hey Baby, Welcome, Singh is King. He has gained so popularity in the year 2007. But after 2007 the lucky period came to an end for him. Then he was unable to give even average movies. He gave lot of flop movies like Chandani chowk to china, 8 * 10 Tasveer, Kambaqt Ishq, Khatta Meetha and so on. Now he has a chance to prove himself once again.
Akshay has a golden opportunity to break the record of flop movies which he gave after 2007. Music has already rocking in that an item song performed by Katrina kaif as Sheila ki Jawani has gained popularity and is being compared with Munni Badnaam Hui song from Super hit Dabang movie. One more plus point is Salman khan's Qawali.
